We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns that meet the following requirements:

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All original tags must still be attached.
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, pet hair, or alterations will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Clearance or sale items
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Any item marked as Final Sale

Return Process

To begin a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
